Lets a Delta Heat gas grill burn charcoal or wood when you want the flavour that gas can't give you. The tray sits over the burners and holds the fuel above the grate line, so you get real smoke and coal heat on the nights it matters, and the convenience of gas the rest of the week. It fits every Delta Heat grill size.
