Description
Turns the left-hand burner of a Delta Heat grill into a dedicated searing station. The ceramic infrared burner runs far hotter than the standard gas burner it replaces, putting a proper crust on a steak in a minute or two a side rather than slowly drying it out. Choose the kit that matches your grill size — the 26-inch takes a different burner from the 32 and 38.
