Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Multi-User model for?
Shared settings such as apartment complexes, HOAs, schools and community centers. It is covered by a separate Multi-User warranty.
Does it need electricity?
No. Turn-to-Light ignition needs no power or batteries.
How does the warranty differ from the home model?
The Multi-User warranty is 5 years on housing, burners, grids and valves and 1 year on other components, instead of the single-family tiers.
How deep does the post go?
Fire Magic's spec guide lists an 18 in below-ground extension for the C(M)430s models. Follow the owner's manual for the footing.
