Installation Notes

The island is cast in glass-fiber-reinforced concrete (GFRC), a mix of alkali-resistant glass fiber and acrylic polymer, and ships in sections for on-site assembly. Set it on a level, load-bearing patio, then install the stainless doors, drawers and appliances. Gas, 120V electrical for ignition and lights, and any refrigerator clearances follow the Fire Magic manuals; in NYC the gas connection is made by a licensed plumber under permit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the pizza oven included?

No. The bundle includes the island, refrigerator, doors and timer. Add a Fire Magic built-in pizza oven to complete it.

How is this different from the 77-inch island with refrigerator?

It is the same 77-inch Contemporary island and component package, presented for a pizza oven build. The configurable 77-inch listing offers grills, ovens and griddles as package options.

Which finish should I choose?

White Aspen is a light concrete tone; Smoke is a darker charcoal. Both are cast GFRC.
