The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond 5660 is a built-in gas pizza oven with a black glass digital control panel that matches the Echelon Black Glass grill and side burner. Two U-burners put out 36,000 BTU under a triple-layer stainless dome, so it preheats in about 20 minutes and handles pizza, roasting and baking.

It drops into the same cutout as a Fire Magic 30-inch grill, which makes it an easy add to an Echelon outdoor kitchen.
