The Fire Magic 3185-52 insulating liner lets you install an Echelon Diamond E1060i 48 in built-in grill in an island framed with wood or other combustible materials, as long as the countertop is non-combustible. The 304 stainless liner hangs from the countertop on its own hangers, so the grill drops in without extra support framing underneath.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes

Use the liner only in an enclosure built of combustible materials with a non-combustible countertop, and follow every enclosure requirement in the E1060i grill owner's manual. The island must have openings for drainage, replacement air and cross-ventilation of any space exposed to possible gas leakage.

Cut the opening to 54 7/8 x 26 x 12 1/4 in per the Fire Magic specification guide. If the countertop overhangs the island face, cut it flush with the front wall across the liner flanges, and allow for any tile or stone substrate on the front wall when setting the front-to-back cut-out.
