The Fire Magic Select 33816S combines a large single access door, a dedicated platter slot and a double drawer behind one 36 1/2 in opening, so cookware, serving platters and utensils all live beside the grill. Double-walled 304 stainless with a sealed enclosure keeps contents dry, and the raised Select face matches Fire Magic Choice and Legacy grills.

  • You will need: a finished island opening of 18 1/2 x 36 1/2 x 26 in (H x W x D) and silicone caulk

Installation Notes

There is no gas or electrical connection. Fire Magic calls for installation by a qualified professional using the exact cut-out for the model, with the unit pushed fully into the opening and flush against the island wall; seal behind the trim with silicone caulk (not supplied), and use the Fire Magic BK-1 bracket kit for 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 in island walls. Make sure the island enclosure is vented as your grill manual requires.

Fire Magic requires a louvered door model for propane cylinder storage, so do not keep a tank behind this door; use a louvered Fire Magic tank door instead. The 26 in depth is deeper than a plain access door, so confirm the island has that depth behind the face.

Fire Magic warrants Select (3-Series) doors and drawers for two (2) years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use (Fire Magic product specification guide).
