Each part fits only the Kingsman model named on its page; match it to your insert or fireplace.

The Kingsman MQ43RLF is the fluted brick refractory liner for the Kingsman Capri IDV44 direct vent gas fireplace insert. Kingsman lists it in the IDV44 parts list as one of the optional brick and porcelain liners, for a fluted masonry look in the firebox.

Installation Notes

Per the Capri manual: lift out the log supports, remove the two back panel screws and the back panel, take out the brick clips, then install the rear liner panel, add the side panels, secure them with the brick clips and refit the log supports. With glass media, Kingsman says to cut 3/4 in off each end of the glass retainer when refractory liners are used.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it fit the other Capri size?

No. Kingsman lists MQ43RLF for the IDV44 only. The IDV34 takes MQ33RLF.

Is a liner required?

No. Kingsman lists brick and porcelain liners as options; the log set or glass platform is the required part.

Warranty

Kingsman's Basic One Year Warranty replaces any component found defective in materials or workmanship during the first year after installation, including labor at Kingsman's rate schedule, with prior approval and through an authorized Kingsman dealer. Paint, gasketing, accent light bulbs and glass fronts are excluded. The heat exchanger, combustion chamber and burner carry the Kingsman Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner.
