- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

Kingsman enclosure grills ventilate a vented chase built around a Kingsman ZCV or Serene fireplace, so the wall above the unit stays cool. Each fireplace accepts a front grill or a pair of side grills.

Installation Notes
Frame the grill openings at the top of the chase to the dimensions in your fireplace manual, flush with the enclosure top, and run wires above the appliance. Do I need grills?
Only for a vented chase: Kingsman requires the chase to be vented at the top with a specified grill or an open top.
Front or side?
Either works for most models; pick the one that suits the wall design.

Warranty
Kingsman's Basic One Year Warranty replaces any component found defective in materials or workmanship during the first year after installation, including labor at Kingsman's rate schedule, with prior approval and through an authorized Kingsman dealer. Accent light bulbs, gasketing and paint are excluded. The heat exchanger, combustion chamber and burner of the fireplace carry the Kingsman Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner (Kingsman manual warranty terms).
