Quartz IFT traditional direct vent models. All three are supplied with logs; 32-inch and 36-inch models support an optional contemporary media conversion kit, while the 42-inch model remains a log configuration. Heat output, glass size, framing and vent installation requirements differ. Select the same factory natural-gas or propane fuel model on the destination page; these models are not field convertible.

The Majestic Quartz 32 is a shallow traditional direct vent gas fireplace for rooms where depth is tight. At 16-5/16 in. deep with a 27-3/16 in. by 18-1/16 in. glass view, it brings a realistic log fire to bedrooms, dens and smaller living rooms.
It is built as a factory natural gas model (QUARTZ32IFTN, 21,000 BTU/h) or factory propane model (QUARTZ32IFTL, 18,500 BTU/h), uses IntelliFire Touch ignition, and ships with a decorative barrier front. Liners, trim kits, a contemporary media kit and heat management kits are available.

Installation Notes
Frame the Quartz 32 at 37 in. wide, 34-3/4 in. high and 16-1/4 in. deep and follow the mantel, wall projection and television guidance in the installation manual. Order the correct fuel model, since the Quartz is not field convertible. It needs unswitched 110-120 VAC and HHT SLP or DVP venting. In New York City, direct vent gas fireplaces are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required, and the vent termination location usually decides feasibility. Book a design consultation to plan the layout, utilities and installation.

Can I convert it from natural gas to propane later?
No. The manual states the appliance is not convertible, so order QUARTZ32IFTN for natural gas or QUARTZ32IFTL for propane.
How much heat does it make?
Up to 21,000 BTU/h on natural gas or 18,500 BTU/h on propane at 0 to 2,000 ft.
Is a front included?
Yes. A decorative barrier front ships with the fireplace. Liners and trim kits are optional.
Can I control it from my phone?
IntelliFire Touch works with the IFT-RC400 remote, and Majestic offers an optional IntelliFire Wi-Fi module, per current listing.

Hearth & Home Technologies Limited Lifetime Warranty, per the Majestic owner's manual: the firebox and heat exchanger are covered for the limited lifetime term (HHT defines lifetime as 20 years for gas appliances) with 3 years labor; burners, logs and refractory 10 years with 1 year labor; electrical components such as modules, remotes, wall switches, valves, pilots, blowers and junction boxes 2 years; igniters, electronic components and glass, and all other parts 1 year. Coverage begins at installation, applies while the fireplace stays at its original site, and requires purchase through an authorized HHT dealer.
