The Montigo DelRay 36 Linear (DRL3613NI) is the Basic version of Montigo's single-sided direct vent linear fireplace: a concealed burner under ice fireglass, a 36-1/2 in. by 14-11/16 in. view and a modern, minimal look for living rooms and open-plan spaces.
It is rated at 16,000 BTU/h on natural gas or propane with a 71% P.4.1-15 efficiency, frames into a 14-1/4 in. deep wall, and vents with 4 in. / 7 in. pipe through the roof or an exterior wall. Remote control, fans, black reflective glass and battery backup are Montigo options for the Basic model.

Installation Notes
The DelRay 36 frames 43-3/8 in. W x 33-11/16 in. H x 14-1/4 in. D and vents with Montigo-approved 4 in. / 7 in. pipe through the roof or an exterior wall; check termination locations in Appendix A of the manual. Montigo strongly recommends planning for heat above the fireplace when a TV or art will hang there, and the manual covers heat management and mantel clearances. Installation must be done by a qualified, licensed gas installer. In New York City, direct vent gas fireplaces are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed plumber with DOB filing where required, and the vent termination location usually decides feasibility. What is the difference between DelRay Basic and Full Load?
Both share the same firebox and BTU rating. The Full Load adds the multi-function remote, remote-controlled fans, micro mesh screen, black reflective glass and halogen downlighting as standard; on the Basic these are options.
Natural gas or propane?
The DRL3613NI is natural gas. The propane option adds Montigo's GCA010 conversion kit, installed by a qualified technician.
Can I hang a TV above it?
Yes, with planning. Montigo covers TV and mantel placement in the manual and recommends heat management for TV walls.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. Plan for a 115V supply; the rating plate lists less than 12 A.

Warranty
Montigo Residential Warranty Program, per the DelRay manual: the firebox, heat exchanger and main burner are covered for 15 years, with 1 year of labor; gas controls, electrical components, remotes, media, glass, finishes and safety barriers are covered for 1 year, parts and labor. Montigo venting carries 15 years and Montigo terminations 10 years, each with 1 year of labor. Coverage requires installation by a licensed professional, and using non-Montigo approved vent parts voids the warranty. Montigo's warranty terms require the fireplace to be purchased, installed and serviced annually by an authorized Montigo dealer for coverage to remain valid.
