Description

Real Fyre Fyre Gems (GLG) are tempered, tumbled glass gems for Real Fyre glass burners and outdoor fire pits, with rounded edges and a jewel-like sparkle. The Real Fyre PB manual treats gems like fire glass: they must cover the burner, about 7 lb for an 18 in. burner, 10 lb for 24 in. and 12 lb for 30 in.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • Included: one 10 lb or 40 lb pack in the color selected
  • Required: a Real Fyre glass burner such as the PB pan burner, or a Real Fyre fire pit
  • Optional top layer: Diamond Nuggets

Installation Notes

Fill the pan with the supplied sand and vermiculite, then pour gems to cover the burner, no more than 1 in. deep over it and never on the pilot, per the Real Fyre PB manual. In New York City, gas log sets and burners are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required, and the chimney must be inspected and serviceable.

RHP glass, gems and nuggets carry a ten-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original residential purchaser in the US or Canada, per the Real Fyre PB owner's manual. Proof of purchase is required and labor is not covered.
