Warranty

Primo offers a robust warranty program for its ceramic grills. All ceramic components are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, with a 20-year guarantee. Metal components have a five (5) year warranty, while cast iron parts and other accessories are covered for one (1) year. The thermometer and felt gaskets have a warranty period of 30 days.
