The Primo Oval LG 300 (PGCLGH) is the grill head only: Primo's large patented oval ceramic kamado for built-in islands or for pairing with a Primo cart, cradle or table. It feeds a family or a small party, with room for 6 whole chickens, a whole turkey or 12 burgers.
The oval firebox splits into two true cooking zones, so you can sear on one side and roast or smoke on the other. Primo makes its ceramics in the USA, and the grill holds low smoking heat or high searing heat on lump charcoal.

- Required for a built-in: a non-combustible island cutout, with 12 in. clear behind the grill and 2 in. around the ceramic
- Required: 100 percent natural lump charcoal
Installation Notes
Built in, the head sits in a non-combustible island cutout with at least 2 in. of air space around the ceramic and 12 in. clear behind it so the lid can open fully. Freestanding, set it in a Primo cradle, cart or table. Charcoal grills are restricted on many New York City balconies, terraces and rooftops by the Fire Code and building rules, so check with your building first. Book a design consultation to plan the island cutout or kamado station.

Warranty
Primo Grills and Smokers warranty, per the Primo owner's manual: a limited lifetime warranty backed by a 20-year guarantee on ceramic parts, 5 years on metal parts (excluding cast iron), 1 year on cast-iron parts, 1 year on cooking grates and 30 days on thermometers and felt gaskets, for the original purchaser. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts Primo determines to be defective; labor is not covered.
