The Summerset Sizzler 32 (SZR32 natural gas, SZR32L propane) is a 4-burner built-in gas grill with 48,000 BTU, sized for everyday family cooking and weekend parties in a mid-size island. The 2025 design adds a sharper hood line and handle and new control knobs.
Four 12,000 BTU stainless steel tube burners sit under flame tamers and 8 mm stainless steel grates, a warming rack sits above, and a double-walled hood with an analog thermometer holds heat steady. The grill ships with the orifices to convert to the other fuel, and you can add the matching Summerset cover above.

Installation Notes
Build the island from non-combustible materials with a 30-5/8 x 20-3/4 x 8 in. cutout, keep 10 in. at the sides and rear to a protected combustible wall (14 in. to an unprotected one), and add the ventilation openings the manual specifies for an enclosed gas line or propane tank. The natural gas regulator is supplied and set to 4.0 in. WC; propane runs at 11 in. WC. In New York City, gas grills on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation to plan the island, gas line and layout.

AMD Direct Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty for gas appliances, per the current Summerset owner's manual (purchases from 3/1/23): lifetime coverage on construction and manufacturer defects, stainless steel construction, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges and hood springs, and 3 years on all other parts, components and electrical, including LED bulbs, wire harness, switches and transformer. The warranty covers replacement parts only, not labor, applies to the original purchaser at the original site, and requires online registration within 30 days of purchase. Surface rust and discoloration from harsh environments are not covered.
