The Superior ERL2055 is the 55 in. model of the ERL2000 linear electric fireplace series, also cataloged as the Sentry 55 and MPE-55S. At 4-5/8 in. deep it recesses flush into a standard 2x6 wall or hangs on the wall with the included bracket, and it runs on a standard 120V circuit.
An adjustable flame plays over a smoked crystal ember bed with multi-color LED lighting, and a thermostatically controlled fan-forced heater adds supplemental heat. The included remote runs flames, ember light, heat and timer.

Installation Notes
For a flush install, frame an opening 58 in. wide, 16-1/2 in. high and 5-1/8 in. deep. For a wall mount, use the included bracket and keep 7-7/8 in. to side walls and the floor and 23-5/8 in. to the ceiling. Plug in, or have an electrician hardwire it on a 15 A circuit. Electric fireplaces need no gas line, chimney or venting, which makes them a practical choice for New York City apartments and condos.
