The Warming Trends UPKRR Raffinato specialty paver kit is a gas insert kit made for Raffinato paver fire pits. It pairs a CROSSFIRE CFBH160 H-style brass burner rated 160,000 BTU with a 32 x 17-3/4 in. rectangular aluminum plate, a flex line and key valve kit, no-drill collars, two vents and a key valve mounting bracket sized to replace a block.
It is built to drop into the block wall without drilling: the collars fit between blocks and the bracket and vents support the course above. The block fire pit itself and the fire media are not included.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: CFBH160 H-style burner with WATERSTOP, 32 x 17-3/4 in. rectangular aluminum plate, flex line and key valve kit, flexible, no-drill collars (5), 14 x 3-1/2 in. vents (2) and 14 x 3-1/2 in. key valve mounting bracket
- Not included: the Raffinato block fire pit and any stone
- Required, sold separately: fire-rated media such as Warming Trends black lava rock (BLR) or rolled lava rock (LRR)
- Optional ignition upgrades: PBIK3.0 push button spark ignition or Mercury (MERC) spark ignition with safety shutoff
- Required: a gas line with an exterior shutoff, run by a licensed installer
Installation Notes
Build the Raffinato fire pit to the block maker's instructions, set the collars between blocks and the vents and valve bracket in place of blocks, on opposing sides as Warming Trends requires (18 sq in. minimum each). Never fill the cavity, keep the burner serviceable from above, and keep at least 84 in. overhead from combustibles, per the Warming Trends Version 6 manual. Media goes on the plate, no more than 1/2 in. above the jets. For New York City addresses, outdoor gas fire features and their gas piping fall under the NYC Fuel Gas Code and Department of Buildings permitting, and propane at residences is restricted by the NYC Fire Code, so the approval path must be confirmed before you buy. Book a design consultation and we will plan the block layout, venting and gas run.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it include the fire pit blocks?
No. It is the gas insert kit; the Raffinato blocks are bought separately.
What does the WATERSTOP do?
It is a Warming Trends fitting that keeps water and debris away from the valve and gas line while the burner still purges water when lit.
Do I need to drill the blocks?
No. The flexible collars fit between blocks, and the valve bracket and vents replace a block.
Can I install this in New York City?
Possibly, but outdoor gas fire features and their gas piping need NYC Fuel Gas Code and Department of Buildings approval, and propane at residences is restricted by the NYC Fire Code. Talk to us before you order.

Warming Trends Full Lifetime Warranty on CROSSFIRE and other jetted brass burners, from the date of purchase and transferable with proof of ownership; Warming Trends repairs or exchanges a defective burner free during the warranty period. Misuse, installation defects, modification and indoor use are excluded, installation services are not covered, and ignition electronics carry separate warranties (push button ignition has none). Warming Trends requires burners and electronics to be covered when not in use or the warranty is void.
