The Wildfire Ranch Pro 15 in. built-in side griddle (WFSDGRD) adds a dedicated flat-top station beside the grill for breakfast, smash burgers, vegetables and fried rice. A single U-shaped stainless steel burner rated at 17,000 BTU heats a stainless steel griddle plate with 263 sq. in. of cooking area.
Choose natural gas or propane and traditional or black 304 stainless steel above; the LED backlit knob bezel matches Wildfire Ranch Pro grills.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: side griddle with griddle plate, in the fuel and finish selected above
- Required: a non-combustible island cutout 13-1/4 in. W x 20 in. D x 9-3/4 in. H and a gas supply connected by a licensed gas fitter
- Optional: Wildfire Ranch Pro insulated jacket (WF-LINERSDGRD variant) and the Wildfire designer finish knob and base set
Installation Notes
Cut a 13-1/4 in. wide, 20 in. deep and 9-3/4 in. high opening and confirm it against the unit, since Wildfire notes variations up to 1/8 in. Wildfire's built-in spec sheet calls for at least 24 in. between the sides, bottom and back of the appliance and any combustible material, and no combustible material above it, so build the island from non-combustible materials. In New York City, gas grills and cooking appliances on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation to plan the island, gas line and layout.

Wildfire Outdoor Living Products Limited Warranty (2026) for gas grills, side burners and griddles, original purchaser, normal residential use: limited lifetime on the stainless steel housing and frame, cooking grids and cast stainless burners; 5 years on valves, manifold and ignition; 2 years on electric and plastic components; 1 year on all parts and components including shipping, plus a 1 year labor credit for pre-approved repairs. Rental and commercial use void the warranty; common-area installations carry 2 years. Surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration are excluded. Register the product with Wildfire before filing a claim.
