The XO XOPIZZA1 is an Italian-made countertop wood-fired pizza and hearth oven. Its refractory fire brick floor is lined with double-layered ceramic insulation, and the specially shaped dome holds heat and cooks evenly, for an authentic Italian wood-fired pizza experience, plus roasting and baking.
The 23-1/2 x 15-3/4 in. cooking floor takes a 13 in. pizza, a stainless steel door controls air, a stack damper fine tunes temperature, and a built-in thermometer shows the oven temperature. Choose the finish above.

Installation Notes
Use the oven outdoors only, on a level, fireproof surface that can carry 150 lbs. The XO manual calls for at least 4 ft from combustible materials such as wood decks, and 8 in. from non-combustible surfaces or other equipment; burn only dry, seasoned hardwood. In New York City, the FDNY restricts open-flame and wood-fired cooking on terraces, balconies and rooftops, so confirm what your building and local code allow before ordering. Book a design consultation to plan the oven location and countertop.
