Installation Notes

The XOPIZZA1 manual says counters, tables or carts must be fixed in place during use, rated for at least 150 lb, and the oven must never be moved while hot. Make sure the cart cannot roll before lighting the fire, and keep combustibles clear of the oven per its manual. In New York City, wood-fired cooking appliances on terraces and rooftops are restricted; confirm building and Fire Code approval first.
