The XO Pro-Grade Designer island with the 36-inch XO grill (XOGOK36V1) arrives fully assembled with its appliances installed, so a complete outdoor kitchen is ready once gas and power are connected. Commercial-grade fiber cement panels in solid through-color finish wrap a welded steel frame under a white Carrera-style quartz top.

This bundle includes the XOGRILL36 36-inch Pro-Grade grill head, XOG36COMBO door and drawer combo, XOG20TRASH2 roll-out trash and recycling drawer and XOU24ORS 24-inch outdoor refrigerator. Choose the panel color and the fuel in the options.

Installation Notes

The island arrives pre-assembled with cutouts made for the appliances, on leveling legs. Penetrations for gas and electrical are made on site, and an outdoor 120 V GFCI outlet must be located next to the island.

Gas connections must be made by a licensed plumber or gas fitter; in New York City natural gas requires a licensed master plumber and permit, and the FDNY restricts propane cylinders on terraces and rooftops. Book an outdoor kitchen design consultation and we will confirm the space, fuel and delivery access before you order.

Are the appliances included?

Yes. This listing is the island with the grill, combo door and drawer, trash drawer and refrigerator installed in the cutouts.

Warranty

XO limited warranty on the Pro-Grade gas grill (owner's manual): lifetime on the cast stainless steel main burners and fabricated stainless steel housing; five years on the briquette trays, stainless grates, drip pans and gas valves; two years on all other grill components. Coverage is parts only, with the owner paying labor, installation, shipping and handling, and the grill must be registered at xoappliance.com and installed by a qualified technician. Multi-user settings carry a shorter common-area warranty and commercial use is excluded.

Warranty on the other XO components follows XO's terms for each appliance.
