Frame to the minimum opening above and keep the clearances in the manual. If the unit sits on carpet, vinyl or other non-wood combustible flooring, it needs a wood or metal panel under the full footprint. Use only Montigo-approved venting parts, since the manual warns that unapproved parts void the warranty. Gas and venting work must be done by a licensed installer. What does Full Load include that Basic does not?

Full Load makes the multi-function remote with Hi-Lo flame, remote-controlled fans, micro mesh safety screen, battery backup and halogen downlighting standard. On the Basic model these are options and flame height is manual.

Is the media included?

No. Choose a logset or contemporary scene in the Media System option, or order glass media separately. The optional liners replace the standard satin black interior and are not required.

Will it work in a power outage?

Battery backup keeps the ignition and remote working during an outage. Fans and downlighting need the 115V supply.
