This package sets the Alfa Moderno 5 Pizze gas oven in Ruby Red on Alfa's rolling 5 Pizze base, so the largest oven in the Moderno line becomes a freestanding pizza station. The 34 x 28 inch refractory floor bakes five 12 inch pizzas at once and reaches 1000 F in about 30 minutes.
The base adds two fold-out side shelves, a lower bay for wood or a gas cylinder and four braked casters, and the optional Hybrid Kit lets the oven burn wood as well as gas.

Installation Notes
This is an outdoor appliance. Alfa specifies at least 8 in. from walls or other equipment, 20 in. around the flue and about 39 in. (1 m) clear above the oven, and asks you to keep it out of strong wind. Move the oven on its base only on level, hard ground and lock the casters before use. Gas conversion and hookup should be done by a licensed gas professional; in NYC a permanent natural gas connection is made by a licensed plumber under permit, and propane cylinder storage on terraces and roofs is restricted by the FDNY.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many pizzas can it cook at once?
Five 12 inch pizzas on the 34 x 28 inch floor, or an 11 lb batch of bread. Alfa rates it for groups of 15 to 30 people.
Can I burn wood in it?
Yes, with the optional Alfa Hybrid Kit. Alfa instructs you to build the fire on the side opposite the burner and never on top of it.
How long does it take to heat up?
About 30 minutes to cooking temperature, with a maximum of 1000 F.
Does the base roll?
Yes. The Alfa 5 Pizze base has four casters, each with a brake. Lock all four before cooking.

Warranty
Alfa covers its ovens for 24 months against conformity defects, and US and Canadian customers receive an additional year on the gas burner. The refractory stone and undertop insulation are not covered, nor are accessory parts such as the door and glass, normal wear, salt air oxidation, or damage from exceeding the rated temperature.
