What Is Included and What You Will Need

• Included per the Atlas manual: grill head, 3 cooking grates, 3 burner covers, 2 warming racks, drip tray, 3 burners (installed), grill head cover, and the NG regulator (natural gas models) or an LP hose and regulator for a standard 20 lb cylinder (propane models)
• Required: a non-combustible island, or the Atlas 36 Insulated Grill Liner (GL-ATS36) for combustible framing; a gas supply sized for the full BTU load with a shutoff valve; a 120V outlet for the lights
• Optional: Atlas 36 Rotisserie Kit (ROTKIT-ATS36), Atlas Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner (IRB-ATS), Atlas 36 Built-In Grill Cover and the Atlas Double Side Burner (ATSSB2)

Installation Notes

Outdoor use only. The island must be non-combustible unless the GL-ATS36 liner is used. Keep 18 inches of side and rear clearance to combustible walls, 4 inches to a non-combustible backsplash and 5 feet to overhead construction; an exhaust hood is highly recommended. Natural gas units must use the supplied NG regulator, and the gas line must never connect directly to the grill without a regulator. Gas piping must meet the National Fuel Gas Code and local code, and in New York City the gas connection must be made by a licensed master plumber under permit. Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Atlas 36 have a rotisserie burner?

No. The Atlas has no infrared back burner. A rotisserie kit is sold separately.

Atlas or Estate: what do I give up?

The Atlas skips the Estate's infrared back burner, spring-assisted hood and heat zone separators, and uses 8 mm instead of 9 mm grates. Both are built in the USA with the same Gold Standard warranty structure.

Can I add a sear burner later?

Yes. The IRB-ATS drop-in infrared sear burner replaces the left main burner, per the Atlas manual.

What cutout do I need?

34" wide, 19-3/4" deep and 10" high per the 2026 AMG cutout sheet, or 37" x 22" x 11" with the insulated liner.
