The Broil King Regal Pellet 400 (495051) is a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wood pellet grill and smoker for cooks who want one machine to smoke low and slow, roast, and sear. Broil King pellet grills are for outdoor use only and not on a balcony, in a garage or in any enclosed area. Keep at least 30 in (76 cm) from combustible surfaces at the sides and rear and 60 in (150 cm) below any overhead construction, and plug the grill into a grounded outlet, per the owner's manual.

In New York City, check your building and co-op rules before using any live-fire grill on a terrace or roof; many multiple dwellings restrict open-flame cooking outdoors, and wood smoke can draw neighbor complaints.
