The Broil King Regal Pellet 400 is a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wood-pellet grill and smoker in a compact 26-inch cabinet — the same smoke, roast and sear versatility as its larger siblings in a footprint that fits smaller patios. The 14-gauge steel cookbox and digital controller with two meat probes let you run a low-and-slow smoke or a high-heat sear and follow the cook from your phone.
