The Broil King Regal Pellet 500 is a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wood-pellet grill and smoker built to smoke, roast and sear on one machine. Its 2 mm 14-gauge steel cookbox and double-walled lid hold heat and smoke evenly, while the digital controller and two meat probes let you dial in low-and-slow briskets or high-heat steaks and watch them from your phone.
