Frequently Asked Questions

How much length does it add?

It is 18 in overall; Duravent says to subtract 1-1/2 in for each joint when calculating installed length.

Black or galvanized?

In Duravent vertical stove plans, black pipe runs from the stove to the ceiling and galvanized pipe continues through the ceiling and attic. Both join the same way.
