The Duravent 58DVA-24 is a 24 in galvanized pipe length for 5 in x 8 in DirectVent Pro direct vent systems. Fully unitized twist-lock joints connect it to other DirectVent Pro pipe, elbows and caps.

Confirm the appliance manual approves DirectVent Pro, and keep the run within its rise, horizontal run and offset limits. Duravent requires firestops at each floor above the first ceiling and an attic insulation shield in an attic.

How much length does it add?

It is 24 in overall; Duravent says to subtract 1-1/2 in for each joint when calculating installed length.

Black or galvanized?

In Duravent vertical stove plans, black pipe runs from the stove to the ceiling and galvanized pipe continues through the ceiling and attic. Both join the same way.

Warranty

Duravent Lifetime Limited Warranty (residential, sold on or after May 29, 2026): professional installs 100% for 15 years, then 50%; other installs 100% for 10 years, 75% to year 15, then 50%. Labor is not covered; proof of purchase is required.
