The Fire Magic Choice C430i is the 24 in built-in gas grill in the Choice line: two stainless steel burners rated 46,000 BTU under a 24 x 18 in (432 sq in) Diamond Sear cooking surface, with a double-walled 304 stainless hood and battery-free Turn-to-Light ignition. It suits a compact island or a smaller outdoor kitchen and feeds a table of ten or so.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- Required: a non-combustible island built to the cutout above, or the 23130-52 insulating liner for a combustible enclosure; enclosure ventilation of at least four 10 sq in openings; a gas supply at the correct pressure installed by a licensed gas fitter

Installation Notes
Build the island to the 25 1/2 in by 19 1/2 in non-combustible cutout with 11 1/2 in from countertop to unit bottom, or use the 23130-52 liner in any combustible enclosure. Vent the enclosure with two openings near the top and two near the floor, each at least 10 sq in. Keep 5 ft from the countertop to overhead construction; do not install under unprotected combustible overhead construction, and under non-combustible overhead Fire Magic highly recommends a hood of at least 1200 CFM. Rear clearance is 4 in to non-combustible, 14 in to protected combustible and 18 in to combustible walls; side walls 24 in. A qualified professional must install it, and gas work in NYC and on Long Island needs a licensed plumber and permits. Book a design consultation and we will plan the island and the gas line.
