The Fire Magic Choice Multi-User CM540I is a 30-inch built-in gas grill for shared outdoor spaces such as apartment complexes, HOAs, schools and community centers. It has three burners, 540 square inches of cooking surface and a 240 square inch warming rack, with anti-theft hardware and Turn-to-Light ignition that needs no power. The cutout matches the Choice C540i.

Installation Notes
Build the island cutout at 32 in W x 19-1/2 in D x 11-1/2 in H with a non-combustible countertop. Choice natural gas runs at 7 in w.c. normal and propane at 11 in w.c. normal per the Fire Magic Choice manuals. Fire Magic requires 5 ft from the cooking surface to overhead construction. A qualified professional must install it, and NYC and Long Island jobs need the proper permits. In New York City, gas work for an outdoor grill must be done by a licensed master plumber under permit. Warranty
Fire Magic's Multi-User Limited Warranty applies in multi-user settings (apartment complexes, multi-family dwellings, schools, hotels, fire and police stations; restaurants and primarily commercial use excluded). Stainless steel housing, burners, cooking grids, valves, inner liners and manifold assemblies are warranted for five (5) years; all other components except batteries for one (1) year. Labor is not covered. Proof of purchase is required.
