The Napoleon RSS36WC and RSS42WC are the stainless steel weather covers for the Riverside 36 and 42 outdoor gas fireplaces (RSS36 and RSS42). Napoleon lists the weather cover as an option that protects the inside of the fireplace from the elements when it is not in use, and this version has a brushed stainless finish.

Fit the cover only when the fireplace is off and fully cooled. Covering the opening between uses also helps keep moisture off the media. In New York City, gas appliance work is done by a licensed master plumber under the NYC Fuel Gas Code.
