- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

The Kingsman ZCV-TLK is the tile lip kit that the Kingsman Bentley ZCV39/ZCV42 and Marquis Bentley 48 manuals offer when the fireplace is finished with tile or stone instead of a factory surround. It covers the joint between the facing and the fireplace face.

Installation Notes
Fit it before the facing goes on, per the fireplace manual. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required.

Warranty
Kingsman limited warranty, per the Kingsman and Marquis manuals: component parts found defective in materials or workmanship are replaced for one year from installation through an authorized Kingsman dealer. The lifetime term covers the fireplace heat exchanger, combustion chamber and burner, not accessories.
