The Aquafire®Box is the structural enclosure that houses your Aquafire — precision-engineered so the cutout dimensions, the light trap and the mounting are already solved before the first measurement is taken. Instead of a carpenter interpreting a spec sheet and hoping the flanges land square, the box drops into the framing at a known size and the fireplace drops into the box. With the specs already baked in, the only thing left to do is design.

• Fits the Lite too — select the Lite option and the correct adapter plate is included, so the shallower Lite chassis sits square in the same box.

Choosing Your Configuration

Size and fireplace series are both required. Match the size to the Aquafire insert you are installing — the 32" box houses a 20" fireplace, the 52" houses a 40", and the 72" houses a 60". Then choose Fits Aquafire Original / Pro or Fits Aquafire Lite; the Lite option includes the matching adapter plate at no extra step.

The Expansion Panel is optional. Each panel adds 20" of width, so you can build to a custom opening rather than a stock one. This listing includes up to one panel; if your design needs two or more, order the additional panels from the standalone Aquafire®Box 20" Expansion Panel listing.

The fireplace insert is not included — the Aquafire®Box is the enclosure only. Order the Aquafire Pro, Aquafire or Aquafire Lite separately.

Warranty: Aquafire covers the Aquafire®Box with a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Confirm the framed rough opening against the dimensional drawings before the box is set — the enclosure is engineered to a fixed size and modifying it in the field voids coverage.
