- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

Water vapor flames are shaped by air, which means a nearby HVAC register, an open door or a draft off a window can flatten the effect in an otherwise perfect install. The Aquafire ClearShield is a fog- and scratch-resistant acrylic panel that sits over the opening and holds the vapor column steady without hiding a thing.
- Stabilizes the flame against drafts, HVAC currents and door swings.
- Fog and scratch resistant acrylic stays optically clear in a humid vapor environment.
- Model-matched lengths in 20", 40" and 60" to sit flush on the corresponding fireplace.
- Low 1/2" profile that reads as part of the hearth rather than a cover.
- Lifts out for service — no tools, no fasteners, full access to the media tray.

Warranty: Aquafire covers the ClearShield under a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Clean with a soft cloth and non-ammonia cleaner only; abrasive pads will mar the acrylic.
