Installation Notes
Per the manufacturer, this hood must be installed under a roof with a minimum of three feet of weatherproof coverage on all sides not protected by an adjacent wall, and all ductwork and roof openings must be sealed. Ducting must be rigid metal vented to the outdoors. The manufacturer's best practices say not to use any type of damper in a BBQ hood application. Installation and wiring must be done by a qualified installer and follow local code. Book a consultation and our team will help match the hood, blower and duct run to your outdoor kitchen.
