A single internal motor moves 1,000 CFM through cleanable commercial-grade baffle filters, sized right for a 30- to 36-inch grill. Double-lined #304 stainless steel construction stands up to year-round outdoor exposure.

- Four-speed adjustable control matches airflow to the cook, from a low setting for slow smoking to full power for searing.
