The Trade-Wind S7266CD is a 66 in smooth front, convertible discharge vent hood for covered outdoor kitchens and built-in grill islands. It is a blower-ready hood, so you choose an in-line or remote blower that suits your duct run. It is built from commercial grade 304 stainless steel with a double bank of baffle filters and a 32 in front to back capture area over the grill.

Installation Notes
Per the manufacturer, this hood must not be installed on a patio without a roof overhead. It needs a minimum of three feet of weatherproof roof coverage on all sides not protected by an adjacent wall, and all ductwork and roof openings must be sealed. Ducting must be rigid metal vented to the outdoors. The manufacturer's best practices say not to use any type of damper in a BBQ hood application. Does the S7266CD come with a blower?
No. It is built for an in-line or remote blower. The internal blower version of this 66 in hood is the S726623CD.
Can it discharge out the back?
Yes. The S7200CD Series converts from top discharge to rear discharge without rewiring, using the steps in the installation manual.
Can I use it under an open sky?
No. The manufacturer requires roof coverage over the hood to protect it from direct rain.
Does it need a duct cover?
A telescopic duct cover is optional, and is sold in versions for 9 to 10 ft and 10 to 12 ft ceilings.

Warranty
Trade-Wind warrants its ventilation products to the original user against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. Trade-Wind will repair or replace the complete unit or any defective component at its option. Light bulbs are not covered.
